PRE-ORDER PAYMENT

When placing a pre-order, the credit card is debited at the moment of the order placement and not at the date of the shipment.

If the merchandise bought from the customer in pre-order is not delivered from the firm, VIABELLAITALIA.COM will refund the customer or give him a credit in the store according to his wishes.

PAYMENT WITH BANK TRANSFER

VIABELLAITALIA.COM accepts payments made by bank transfer.

In order to pay by bank transfer the customer has to select this payment method when he is in the shopping bag section. After this the customer will be provided with all the necessary information.

 
As reason for payment have to be written NAME, SURNAME and ORDER CODE.
The items can be reserved only after receiving the copy of the bank transfer.
Please note that the bank transfer usually takes 1/4 working days to be credited on the current account of the beneficiary.
If after 8/10 days from the order we still do not receive the payment, the order is cancelled.
