配送方法

海外から商品をお買い上げいただくときに、配送方法、送料をご心配されることが多いと思いますが、クラシック レトロカーまたはバイクなどの大きく、重量がある商品をお選びいただく場合は、先に最適な配送方法、送料をお見積もりいたします。それ以外の商品については、簡単、シンプルにお選びいただけます。

    お選びいただいた商品の配送方法として、安全性、送料などを検討し数種類の配送方法を提案をしています。お客様が一番お使いやすいものをお選びください。

  • ご注文の商品の用意が整いましたら、発送の際に追跡番号をお知らせいたします。

    配送の安全性を考慮し、全て追跡サービス付きの配送方法を使っています。

  • 配送途中で紛失や盗難を防ぐために当店からの配送は全て保険をつけています。
    この一手間で、国際間の配送がより安全なものとなります。

  • 商品がお手元に届く際に関税、消費税などの支払いが発生する場合は、商品説明ページ、または購入手続きの際に記載していますので、ご参照ください。
    関税、消費税の支払いはお客様の居住国の関税法により異なりますので、詳しくはお住みの税関へお問い合わせ願います。
    基本的には当店の商品には関税、受け取り側の国の消費税は価格に含みません。
    お客様がイタリア国外にお住まいという観点で、イタリアの消費税分を免税価格でご提供しているものもございます。

お買い物代行サービスをご利用のお客様には、お見積もりの際に送料も合わせてご提案いたします。

VIABELLAITALIA.COM carries out Worldwide shipments, as well as within Italy, through International Courier Service DHL, UPS, Fed-Ex, Sagawa, EMS Service  and through courier YAMATO.

Please note, couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

a) DDP o DDU SHIPMENTS

  • DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) EU countries are subjected to VAT tax and this is already added to the price of the purchase. Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain,Sweden and Hungary.
  • DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Countries outside of the UE are not subjected to the VAT tax on the price of the purchase, but are at the customer's expense import duties, local taxes and customs fees.

b) SHIPMENT FEES *

The shipment fees for each item will be automatically added in the chart.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

a) SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as the merchandise is shipped, VIABELLAITALIA.COM sends an e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment provided by the courier.

The customer can check the state of the shipment on the site of the courier by typing the tracking number of the shipment in the proper field. In this way the precise and updated movements of the shipment will be shown. Otherwise an e-mail can be sent to info@viabellaitalia.com, and our agents will provide the customer with the state of the delivery.

b) SHIPMENT INSURANCE

The shipments of VIABELLAITALIA.COM can be insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.

When the goods are delivered, the customer is asked to carefully examine the package before signing the  effective receipt of the goods. The packages of  VIABELLAITALIA.COM are carefully wrapped up.

If the package looks like tampered or if the adhesive tape turns out not to be intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt adding the words  “WITH RESERVATIONS”. Otherwise the customer can refuse the delivery.

If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered  to the address provided by the customer in the sales contract, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These amounts will be deducted from a potential refund due to the customer by VIABELLAITALIA.COM.

c) SHIPMENT DATE

Orders paid via bank transfer are shipped only after the transfer being credited on VIABELLAITALIA.COM’s current account. 

Every VIABELLAITALIA.COM’s shipment includes an official invoice  that declares the value of every  single item in Euro. Invoices for items in sales state the discounted prices.
